Please be aware this is not necessary for most devices. You should not install this certificate unless instructed to do so by your D93 technician.

Windows Computer
Save the file from the link above to your computer
Open file and allow if any security prompt occurs
Click 'Install Certificate'
Choose 'Local Machine' and Next and allow any security prompt
Choose 'Place all certificates in the following store' & click the "Browse' button, then select 'Trusted Root Certification Authorities' in the list of folders, and click the 'ok' button and the 'Next' button.
Click the 'Finish' button and with best practice you should restart your computer after installing the certificate.
iPhone/iPad using iOS 12.3 or higher
- Save the file from the link above to your device
- Touch 'Allow' when you see the pop up that says 'This website is trying to download a configuration profile. Do you want to allow this?'
- Touch 'Close' on the 'Profile Downloaded' pop up
- Go to the iOS 'Settings' app and click the 'Profile Downloaded' line
- Click 'Install' to trust the Root CA
- Enter your device passcode if prompted
- Click 'Install' again, and then 'Install' a final time
- While in Settings, go to General -> About -> Certificate Trust Settings
- Enable full trust for the ContentKeeper certificate
- Click Continue on the Root Certificate pop-up
iPhone/iPad using iOS 12.2 or lower
- Save the file from the link above to your device
- Click 'Install' to trust the Root CA
- Enter your device passcode if prompted
- Click 'Install' again, and then 'Install' a final time
- While in Settings, go to General -> About -> Certificate Trust Settings
- Enable full trust for the ContentKeeper certificate
- Click Continue on the Root Certificate pop-up
Chromebook
- Save the file from the link above to your device
- In the Chrome address bar type: chrome://settings/certificates
- Click the 'Authorities' tab
- Click the 'Import' button
- Select the 'ckroot.crt' file that you downloaded in step 2, and click 'Open'
- Check the 'Trust this certificate for identifying websites'
- Click 'OK'
- Click 'Done'
Android
You must set a screen unlock PIN or password for Android to allow the steps below

- Save the file from the link above to your device
- In the 'Certificate name' field enter 'ck'
- In the 'Credential use' field, leave the selection at 'VPN and apps'
- Click 'OK'
Mac
- Save the file from the link above to your device
- Double-click the downloaded ckroot.crt from your Downloads folder on your Mac
- Enter your Mac's admin username and password if prompted
- Choose 'System' from the keychain drop-down list
- Double-click the certificate called 'ContentKeeper Root CA'
- Expand the 'Trust' section and change 'When using this certificate' to 'Always Trust'
- Close the pop-up
- Enter your Mac's admin username and password if prompted
- Quit the Keychain Application
