How to setup IP Printer on a Chromebook – BJSD93

At the bottom right, select the Time.
You will then see the settings wheel, select settings.
At the left side , select Advanced
Under "Printing" select Printers
Select Add A Printer
Click the printer icon with the plus sign
Enter your printer information: Name: (name it to your knowledge...workroom, library printer, etc.)
You will need to know the IP address, put this information under "Address" (you can get this information from your building tech)
Under protocol you will select "AppSocket" (TCP/IP)
Select Add and enter the Manufacturer (Ricoh, Xerox, etc.)
You will need to know the model number of the printer (Aficio MP 6001, etc.)
Then select add and your printer is setup.
