To access Laserfiche Forms:
Option 1: Go to http://d93forms.com/
Option 2:
- Log into ClassLink
- Click the Laserfiche Forms folder
- Click Laserfiche Forms Login
To Log In:
Option 1: Click the blue "Windows Authentication" button
**Please note: To use this option, you must be logged into a district computer (not a Chromebook) on the district network AND your browser must be Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge.**
Option 2: Log in manually (will work on any computer with an internet connection)
- Username: d93\desktop username (e.g., desktop username NameE = d93\NameE) - Make sure you use the backslash, which is over the Enter key on your keyboard.
- Password: This will match your password for logging into your district email and computer.
If none of these options work, there may have been a password change that was pushed out to you that you didn’t receive. Please try logging into Classlink by manually entering your username and password, NOT using the “Sign in with Google” button, and see if it prompts you to change your password. If it does, once you change your password, you should be able to log into Laserfiche Forms.
