This tutorial will walk you through how to add an optional printer in the Papercut application. If their printer is not in the list please submit a work order to have it added.
- Open papercut by clicking on the up arrow in the bottom right of your screen by the date and time and click on the green printer icon.
- Select "View my printers".
- On the left click "Add printers" and then click the green install button next to the printer you would like to install. Note: The second set of characters in the printer's name often refers to the room number.
- Now you should be good to go! You will now see the newly installed printer(s) the next time you print.
