Password Reset in Classlink

To reset password in Classlink follow these directions.

1. On any computer, on or off campus, go to the following website: https://launchpad.classlink.com/d93schools

2. Log in using the first part of your email address as the username (for example: SmithJ). Use the password given to you, or whatever you may have changed it to.

3. Select My Profile from the drop-down menu at the top-right of the screen.

4. Select Password Recovery Setup

5. Fill out the security questions. The email and text options are not mandatory. The text option requires you to click VERIFY and enter a code you’ve been sent via text. The email option requires you to verify by clicking on a link sent to that address.

6. Click save after each item that you’ve entered.

7. If all your recovery setup is satisfactory then you can just select reset password.

🔐Password Requirements:

🆗 Must be at least 10 characters long.

🔄 Cannot reuse any of your last 24 passwords.

🎉 Must be complex — include at least three of these:

• 🔠 Uppercase letters (A-Z)
• 🔡 Lowercase letters (a-z)
• 🔢 Numbers (0-9)
• ❗ Special characters (like !, @, #, $, %, &)

🚫 Cannot contain your username or parts of your name.

🚫 Cannot have the same character repeated too many times in a row (like "aaaa" or "1111").
